New Movies :)

I've been at the movies two more times this summer :) I, who used to live at the cinema...litterally hehe. Well enough of the past...I've seen Harry Potter and the deathly hallows part 2 in 3D, I could've seen it without 3D since the difference wasn't all that. The movie was very very good though ^^, I really liked it and now you see some people in a whole new light.

Then I went with my friend Vero to see "Something Borrowed".....the movie was totally awesome! Now there's a topic that I don't approve....infedelity. Even though the girl in the movie " Rachel" loved this guy "Dexter" still I don't think they should've gone behind his girlfriend (and Rache's best friend) Darcy's back. Why not been straight forward and told her that they should call off the wedding. He was a coward and she, kind of a scared little girl that wouldn't fight for her right to be happy. Somehow I wanted her to choose the friend.....^^.

Hallo Deutschland part 3!

Goodmorning!

Been up since 6 am (not difficult at all) I had slept like a baby, a very warm baby though since it was burning in our room. We turned on the AC during the night but still I had to sleep with a wet towel on my face.
I took a shower, packed my bag and got ready for breakfast.
After that we began our journey back to Sweden. We arrived at Cologne central station about an hour ahead of schedule, so I took some photos of the catholic church...some of the station, my sister bought some souvenirs at Starbucks and then we bought the tickets to Düsseldorf airport. I got some pics of the famous bridge (the one with all the locks) over the river Rhen, some of this huge arena and then our stop: Düsseldorf airport.
Even though I'm not german and I have no connection here what so ever, I still felt like I was leaving something "homelike". I really didn't want to leave...maybe 'cause I knew what was waiting back home: work, work and more work.
We wandered around the airport before heading to the gate, I took some more pictures and then boarded the plane to Berlin Tegel.

Arriving at Berlin, I heard a familiar language: swedish....I was definetely getting closer to home and getting further away from this amazing trip to Germany. We arrived in swedish soil at 2.30 pm, tired and warm....the sun was shining and it was 27 degrees out.

It was an awesome trip!

Hallo Deutschland part 2.

Previously....We just arrived to Düsseldorf Airport and took the beautiful skytrain to the centralstation.

There I asked in "Information" which train went to Köln (our final stop), bought the tickets and waited for the train. It took about 40 minutes to arrive to Köln, which actually was totally beautiful!
We went outside and checked the shops, I saw this beautiful bag with the city name on it. I was coming back the next day to buy since we still hadn't eaten any dinner and my legs were kind of shaky. We found the hotel "Best Western Consul"  and got some dinner, then just get ready for the BIG TIME RUSH concert at E-Werk!

It's been a while since I was that thrilled, but arriving at the place....jeeez!

(E-werk without all the people)

It was this HUGE line right next to the walls of the place, so we had to walk around it to find the end of it ^^. About half an hour, we entered the concert hall....warm as an oven!! Besides the guards had just told us we couldn't use our camera in there....great, so if we're standing in the back we won't be able to get any good view of the guys! *Yawns* We searched for a good spot, I told my sister that we should get further in....there's always room a bit closer and people didn't exactly tell us to stay back. The perfect spot, underneath the upstairs balcony could protect us from people spilling water or soda and the view was awesome! Too bad my tiny camera doesn't picture well in the dark but I did get some good shots :)
The guys are gorgeous and since I like James, now I had my chance to see him live, pictures DO NOT do him justice! He's even more HOT in person!!!
They sang all their hits plus 2 new songs: I wanna hold your hand (by the Beatles) and their new single "If I ruled the world". They got a shot with the crowd and then the concert was done. We stuck around for a while to see if they came out but the only one we saw was Dustin (the other half of HD). He's kind of hot too ;)

( Picture taken from the guys twitter)

We got outside (for some fresh cool air) and waited in case the guys came by in their car (which they did) and Carlos (one of the guys) waived at us.
Heading back to the hotel, stopped by at this small market to buy water and some ice tea...we laughed, sang and talked about that great concert. My sister was totally overwhelmed to see her favourite live and let me say: She's in love! ^^ Funny enough he went to her side of the stage during the entire concert, wonder if he felt a connection there hehe.
A quick shower and then get some sleep, the following morning would be an early one.

Goodnight!

Hallo Deutschland part 1.

What a journey....this is the third time I'm in Germany, but this time I didn't stay at the airport just waiting for a transfer either to Chile or back to Stockholm :)
It all began about a month ago when my sister read that our new favourites Big Time Rush were heading to Germany in july for a concert, so we joined our forces and bought the tickets to see them live for the first time.
It's actually the first concert she goes to after "breaking it off" with the idiot, so I only wanted her to have the best time of her life. And boy did she have...

We started of on thursday morning, up at 5 am (normal for me since I begin at 7 am sometimes) and ready to go at 5:45, took the direct bus to town to switch to bus 1 that left us at Cityterminalen. The airport coach took us to Terminal 5 and we took a small walk around before heading for the security area. Another walk within the shops and it was time for boarding.

It's been a year since we travelled by air, last time we only went within Sweden (to Luleå) and to the first stop it took about an hour: we were entering Copenhagen Airport.

According to the boarding passes, it said we had about 45 minutes before boarding...plenty of time for some tiny shopping. I got myself a cup from Stabucks, a nice postcard from Copenhagen and a "Little Mermaid" figurine. =)
While my sister feverly looked for Starbucks I found Patrik...he worked at Starbucks, heard me speak spanish with my girls and he asked me where I was from. At first I said Stockholm, then Chile. He smiled and said "I'm from Malmö hehe". We talked some more, then we continued walking through the shops...they said on the speakers that our flight was delayed about an hour so we walked a little more before heading to the gate. This plane was tiny, I had to sit alone since it was only two seated.

We arrived in Düsseldorf an hour later, it was kind of sunny but very warm. The airport was very big with this huge "skytrain" attached to the ceiling, for a moment I felt like I was in Gotham City in the same train as Bruce Wayne. So cool!

Sunday at the movies: Bad Teacher

My best friend picked me up yesterday and we went to the movies in Heron City. She picked "Bad Teacher" and I was a little bit insecure wether if it was good or not. But actually it was quite good and definetely worth the money :).
After the movie we had dinner and icecream, talked a whole lot of gossip before heading home. Good times!!

The movie is about this crazy teacher that has just been dumped by her rich and stupid fiancée, now she has to take care of herself and needs to find a rich husband that will give her back her life. But nothing turns out as she planned especially when she realises that the one she needs is not the guy with the biggest wallet....

Friday and this weekend!

Today is all about work, but cry not sweet child....I have 3 days off!!!

Last night I watched "The Wedding Date" and I can't stop loving that movie, first time I saw it was when we were flying back from Chile in 2004. It was soo good that the journey back was much easier than the first time.
It's about a woman named Kat (Debra Messing) who hires a male escort to her sisters wedding as her date. What could possibly drive her to do so? Her ex-fiancée Jeffrey is the best man.
In comes Nick (the gorgeous Dermot Mulroney) and sweeps off her feet just in time :)

Like I said today is all about work, tomorrow I have absolutely no plans so I'm taking it easy watching some episodes of BTR ^^ since it's a marathon this weekend. On sunday my best friend is picking me up to see eventually "Bad Teacher" but I'm kind of hoping to see something with a little more action....like Transformers 3 in 3D :).

On another angle, the romantic angle....I've decided to let go of Mike. He wasn't serious about his declarations and I guess he tried to pull a trick on me, it hurts you know...I actually thought that he really liked me but it's as always: A LIE.
Well, time to get ready for work. Rock and Roll Baby!
